We offer Chiropractic, Gym based exercise programs and Physio alongside nutrition. We have Shockwave therapy on site as well as diagnostic ultrasound, dry needling/ acupuncture, taping and other soft tissue techniques. All sessions are 30-60 minutes long.

At The Forest Row Clinic our clinicians work in a very similar way. Our Chiropractor uses Gentle manual therapy, massage and soft tissue therapies, dry needling, Taping, shockwave therapy, strength and conditioning programs and rehabilitation both in our gym and as an app based program. All of our sessions are 30-60 minutes long.

All of our services have varying prices depending on the duration and offering. Our initial Chiro sessions are £69 with follow ups £59, Gym sessions of 1 hour start at £59 and Shockwave Therapy is £75 per 30 minute appointment.

Fortunately we have a large free car park directly opposite our clinic next to the community centre, a large free car park adjacent to The Co op and free on road parking directly outside our clinic.
